BOARD MEETINGS: Board of Director meetings are generally held quarterly at the meeting room by the tennis courts located at 8839 Summer Creek Spring TX 77379.
Most meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesdays of January (subject to change to include the annual meeting), April, July, October but to confirm please check your meeting notice mailed to all owners at least 10 days prior to the event. Occasionally meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled for unforeseen situations which may impede the volunteer board from making quorum; events may be related to major weather events, illnesses or other commitment conflicts.
The meetings are open to the membership as noted on the monthly meeting notices.
ANNUAL MEETINGS: The annual membership meeting, called for the election of directors to serve on the board, are held in January of each year; please watch for notices for the exact dates and time.
EXECUTIVE SESSIONS MAY BE CALLED: Executive sessions are called for such business matters such as to interview vendors, discuss legal matters with the HOA's attorneys and consultants, hold hearings with individual property owners or other times when an owners right to privacy must be maintained.
