Important Information: Memorial Creek is a deed restricted community. It is very important for owners to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the governing documents including on the Architectural Control provisions of those documents. All exterior projects must be approved prior to starting. The restrictions speak to the "lot" which means the entire lot not just the front yard or areas that can be seen or not seen from the street. Patios, swimming pools, fences, decks, pergolas, all things exterior require prior approval before beginning. Check the Architectural Control tab for guidelines, forms, etc.
Once you register as an owner you will be able to access the community's governing documents, rules & guidelines, architectural control guidelines, forms, as well as being able to pay your assessments by clicking the link on the right. Please refer to information sent to you by mail for your customer information and management company id needed to pay your account by this link.
