It is nestled in the Far Northwest area of Houston in Spring Texas, with tree lined streets where pride and sense of community are evident. With all of our amenities, which includes a pool, tennis courts, meeting room, and picnic/barbecue areas, it is a place where neighbors can congregate, meet, have fun.  It is a place where our neighbors not only know each other, they are ready to help each other if needed.

This website was created to provide information to our residents.  As you know, Memorial Creek is a deed restricted community, likely the reason you chose this beautiful community to call home.  The Board of Directors is proud they can serve the Association with this additional information tool.

Important Information: Memorial Creek is a deed restricted community. It is very important for owners to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the governing documents including on the Architectural Control provisions of those documents. All exterior projects must be approved prior to starting. The restrictions speak to the "lot" which means the entire lot not just the front yard or areas that can be seen or not seen from the street. Patios, swimming pools, fences, decks, pergolas, all things exterior require prior approval before beginning. Check the Architectural Control tab for guidelines, forms, etc.

Once you register as an owner you will be able to access the community's governing documents, rules & guidelines, architectural control guidelines, forms, as well as being able to pay your assessments by clicking the link on the right.  Please refer to information sent to you by mail for your customer information and management company id needed to pay your account by this link.
